If you wish to send other franked mail items, e.g. anything else that cannot fit into a metered posting envelope, you will have to use a business mail post box, a mail centre or visit your local Post Office. Alternatively, there are some parcel post boxes randomly located around the UK to help small businesses send parcels easier. So if one of these are located near you, use them. Find out more about Royal Mail Parcel Postboxes here.
Post Offices, Royal Mail Delivery offices, Mail Centres and Business Post Boxes are the four places you can post your franked mail. If you are posting 30 items or less, that can fit into a approved metered posting envelope, you can use normal post boxes.
For businesses that send larger volumes of mail daily, you can use a business collection arrangement with Royal Mail which can be setup with the Royal Mail. With this business collection service the Royal Mail comes to you with one-off collection or regular weekday collection options available. If you spend over £16,500 a year you will even qualify for free collection.
