It is a fairly common service to use and perfect when sending letters, parcels or packets to international destinations outside of the UK.

To use this service you can purchase postage online, print the label yourself, and drop your item at the Post Office or a Royal Mail customer service point.

  • Aim to deliver to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg within 3-4 working days.
  • Aim to deliver to Worldwide destinations outside of Europe within 5-7 working days.

  • Maximum Weight: 100g
  • Maximum Dimensions: L 24cm x W 16.5cm x D 0.5cm
  • Examples: Greetings cards, personal letters and postcards

Large Letters

  • Maximum Weight: 750g
  • Maximum Dimensions: L 35.3cm x W 25cm x D 2.5cm
  • Examples: Magazines, CDs and DVDs

Parcels

  • Maximum Weight: 2kg
  • Maximum Dimensions: L 60cm x W * x D * – *L+D+W must be under 90cm

Tubes & Rolls

  • Maximum Weight: 2kg
  • Maximum Dimensions: L 90cm x W * x D * – The length plus twice the diameter must be less than 104cm, with the greatest dimension less than 90cm
