Using Parcel Shipping

The Home screen is the first screen you see after switching the device on or if you wake it from sleep mode. The Home screen provides the starting point for accessing Parcel Shipping.

Tap the Home icon in any screen to return to the Home screen.

Parcel Shipping: Tap “Parcel Shipping” to print Parcel Shipping labels for important large envelopes or parcels using Royal Mail or ParcelForce.

In order to create and print Parcel Shipping labels you need to sign in to your Parcel Shipping labels account. You can also prevent unauthorised printing of labels by signing out of your account when you are away from your device.

Signing in

1. Tap “Parcel Shipping” on the Home screen to sign in to the Parcel Shipping application. You need to enter a name and password.

Signing out

1. Tap the user profile icon in the upper right corner of the toolbar to sign out of Parcel Shipping.

2. Select “Sign out”.

Enable the label options setting to view the label options screen while printing a Parcel Shipping label.

1. Tap “Settings” on the toolbar.

2. Tap “Label Options” in Shipping Settings.

3. Tap the “label options screen before printing” tick box.

4. Tap the “back arrow” to return to the previous screen.

Store commonly used addresses in the address book. This prevents you manually entering addresses when you print Parcel Shipping labels.

Tap “Address Book” in the application drawer at the bottom of the Home screen. Use this screen to add, edit or delete addresses within the book.

Use the Address Book application to add new addresses. This saves you having to manually enter addresses when you print Parcel Shipping labels.

1. Tap “Address Book” in the application drawer at the bottom of the Home screen.

2. Tap “Recipients” if the new address is a recipient. Alternatively, tap “Senders”.

3. Tap the “+” icon and enter the address information.

4. Tap “Save” when done.

If you need to ship from more than one address, you can add additional sender addresses to the address book.

1. Tap “Address Book” in the application drawer at the bottom of the Home screen.

2. Tap “Recipients” and select “Senders”.

3. Tap “+”.

4. Enter the sender information.

5. Tap “Save”.

Edit addresses in the address book when you want to change any of the address information.

1. Tap “Address Book” in the application drawer at the bottom of the Home screen.

2. Tap the address you want to edit.

3. Tap the “Edit” icon.

4. Make your changes to the address information, then tap “Update”.

Edit a sender address by editing it in the address book.

1. Tap “Address Book” in the application drawer at the bottom of the Home screen.

2. Tap “Recipients” and select “Senders”.

3. Select the address you want to edit.

4. Tap the edit icon.

5. Make your edits then tap “Save”. The address book appears.

Use the search feature in the address book to quickly find an address. This feature is helpful if you have many addresses stored in your address book.

1. Tap “Address Book” in the application drawer at the bottom of the Home screen.

2. Search for an address by typing a portion of the contact (name, company, street, etc.) in the search field. The address book shows matching addresses.

3. Tap “Sort by” to sort the address book then select how you wish to sort (name, company, street, city …)

The maximum number of addresses that the Parcel Shipping address book can contain is 1000. You can print a Parcel Shipping label once you find an address. Select the address, then tap “Print shipping label”.

You can delete addresses from the address book if you no longer use them. You cannot restore an address if you delete it.

1. Tap “Address Book” in the application drawer at the bottom of the Home screen.

2. Select the address you want to delete.

3. Tap the “Delete” icon.

4. Tap “Delete” to confirm.
